about needing motivation!! Monday mornings are the hardest days to get
moving and start exercising after a fun weekend of eating. But after my
healthy breakfast, I waited a half hour, took a Yers,
and 15 minutes later was up on the treadmill working out. My energy boost
was right there. This little diet-pill wonder is just what I needed and
now I feel rejuvenated and ready to move for the rest of the day.
